To Our Valued Customers, Suppliers, and Stakeholders,

On behalf of the Nunnemacher family and the Galland Henning Nopak Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Tanke to president with immediate effect.

Matt will now be responsible for the engineering and operations of the company, in addition to retaining his leadership of the sales and marketing team.

Sudarshan Sharma (Chief Engineer), Ahmad Ashour (Director of Operations), and Matt Schultz (GH Baling) will now report to Matt Tanke; there are no changes to the sales and marketing organization which will continue to report to Matt.

Ryan Knaack remains Chief Executive Officer focusing on execution of strategic initiatives, continuing to report to the Board of Directors.

Matt has been instrumental in building relationships with both existing and new customers over his 7 years with the company and operates with unparalleled enthusiasm to serve our distribution and OEM partners. Under his leadership over the past 18 months, the sales team has driven record sales wins.
